Deine Aufgaben

  • Handling passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing the reception as a high-quality information point for all passengers.
  • Supporting housekeeping and ensuring accurate billing between the guest, the shipping company, and the onboard cash register.
  • Preparing all formalities for arrivals and departures (PAX/Crew).
  • Recording, forwarding, and processing repair orders.
  • Creating handouts and letters to ensure a smooth flow of information for passengers and crew members.
  • Operating the fire alarm center and the emergency call center.
  • Settling accounts with service staff, making corrective bookings, and creating the daily closing.
  • Monitoring nighttime security through patrols.
  • Responsibility for the own reception cash register and billing all passenger accounts.

Your Profile

  • Excellent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and team spirit.
  • Knowledge of Fidelio and Micros/Simphony is desired.
  • PC skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel).
  • Friendly and professional demeanor towards guests.
