Your Tasks

  • Acting as the main point of contact for guests in public areas and providing assistance with their inquiries and concerns.
  • Delivering professional advice and comprehensive support to guests throughout their journey.
  • Sharing detailed information about future trips, excursions, destinations, and the daily onboard program.
  • Organizing, consulting on, and accompanying shore excursions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Planning and executing a diverse day and evening program in collaboration with the hotel management team.
  • Handling onboard announcements, presentations, and delivering information about harbors and routes.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, supporting embarkation and disembarkation processes, and stepping in for the shore excursion expert during their absence.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training or degree, with the option of a required internship during studies.
  • Preferably some experience in guest relations or onboard ships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, a confident and approachable demeanor, and solid moderation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel, a valid passport, and a completed medical examination.
