Your Duties

Support the Chef de Partie in the creative preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that enchant guests.
Ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen for an exceptional culinary experience.
Actively participate in innovative menu planning and development.
Guide and support Commis de Cuisine and apprentices to foster their potential.
Carefully monitor and manage stock levels in the section to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Efficiently organize workflows in the section to maximize productivity and quality.

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as a chef and initial experience in a similar position.
Enthusiasm for fine dining and creativity in food preparation.
Team player with a collaborative spirit.
Good German and English language skills.
Good organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
Flexibility and resilience in a demanding work environment.
